To complete your return or exchange, we require proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return your item:
Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Must also be in the original manufacturers packaging (if applicable).
Must have a manufacturing defect.
Non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable items:
Items sold as used are “as-is” and are not returnable.
Gift certificates are none refundable.
Any items specifically described as non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and/or non-refundable on the product page.
Upon receiving your returned item(s) they will be inspected. We will notify you of whether or not the returned item(s) meets the above described conditions for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within two business days. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
Please allow processing time before a refund is posted to your account or method of payment.
After seven (7) business days of being notified by Nacho Music that your refund has been initiated, if you have not received a refund, please contact your account holding institution, as some pending transactions may not post immediately. If your institution is unable to locate any information regarding your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a refund is approved for an item purchased on sale, the sale price will be refunded.

*If you return an item(s) without contacting Nacho Music prior to returning, to discuss return arrangements, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Generally, if your item is returned for exchange or refund and does not meet the conditions required for a return or exchange, shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning an item to Nacho Music, we highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
